Though I think a 'British Mode Time' could exist. 'Noon' used to be specific to your town clock, which was calibrated by local sundials. You'd just have to find the longitude with the most towns in it.

My thoughts on this: LLMs are not testimonial sources. We split fact-checking responsibilities with testimonial sources: we can't do that here. It's a pattern matcher, and not all real patterns are real things.
