So far, I've had great luck with UHC. But I have dual complete. Unsure if that's why. One of my meds is $13,012 a month. So far, they're covering it 100%. It's less than the IV treatment I used to get. I've found it's best to utilize an insurance person to find the absolute best plan for your needs.
