Think about what emergent properties can arise in a group, and ask yourself how your behavior and others' behavior impact those potentials.

This pattern exists in so many forms, but your dysfunction sometimes blocks group cohesion and growth, and sews more dysfunction.

The conversations you've had when there was no right-wing wing uncritical reactionary in the room, think about how you never get there with them in the room because their disruption moves conversations backwards and has us rehashing basics instead of reaching critical informed discussion.

If you're causing harm regularly due to a trauma response, then your behavior will impact spaces and deny them healthy emergent behaviors, and will be the catalyst for new dysfunction in the group.

I think it's a design issue too. Not just the way of MMOs.

What's focused on expansion after expansion seems to disregard the difficulty of early dungeons, and the team building of having to recruit each other and travel to locations fostered investment in each other.

The leveling path doesn't teach players much now, doesn't foster the ability to teach yourself, it's even now the thing they want you to pay to skip...
Their shortsighted pursuit of maximizing profits has robbed the asset of all its value...
Business majors and investors are the death of art.

Idk if it can be fixed, but current retail WoW isn't fostering personal or team development, it doesn't give opportunity to learn how your actions impact your team, it doesn't teach coordination, it just throws people together who then mostly uncoordinatedly just attack a bland uninteresting enemy.

Be grateful that this provides a means to transition for people who couldn't and fight *the system* for better.
It's helping in the here and now.
