No, but there should be a common understanding of a voluntary code of use. Getting a few pictures on the night, or sending a short video to pals to show where you are is fine. Holding your mobile over your head, recording the full 2hrs is not. At times it feels like I'm watching it on their screen.

Call me naive here, but @gatesheadcouncil.bsky.social are short of £70m in funding for the new build (due to inflation and Truss etc) and the owners of NCL Arena are planning on spending £65m on improvements to a facility that might not stay open.
