I would like to make him a protective face mask so he doesn’t hurt his nose and head

Hello. I was wondering if you could possibly help me. Me dog is now blind. And I was thinking of maybe making him a protective face mask. Do you think you could help me with this? He keeps hitting his face and head against the walls and everything else. And I just want to protect him.

Where do you get the eyes ?
