It is always a treat trying my mushrooms at a restaurant we sell to weekly. This pork chop from Jillian's Restaurant in New Kensington definitely delivered! Served with sauteed oyster and pioppino mushrooms, it was tender and DIVINE!

Fun fact, in Japanese the word for mushroom is "kinoko" which literally translates into something along the lines of "tree child", and I think that's so heckin' CUTE! Look at the lil guy! The lil tree child! Awwww~
