sure, but then Trump would send a red hat back, and the trade war would be started all over again

if you want to make a powerful statement that the American people support Ukraine regardless, here's the link to their international legion

it was voluntarily withdrawn with prejudice. The article says jayz didn't pay anything...so what settlement?
February 16, 2025 at 3:11 AM
a little boy died. I think you are being extremly reductive and kind of a dick to call this a "payday".

regardless of our opnions of efficacy they didn't deserve to watch their little boy die and some money isn't going to fix that.

this is the way! keep up the good work Rep Raskin
February 16, 2025 at 1:36 AM
do more! I want to hear what the WH lied about but I want to hear what you guys plan for the future. what you plan to do to secure the primaries, to protect your constituents in the mean time, and finally what you are going to do to fix our damn country.
February 15, 2025 at 6:00 AM
oh some people believe them. the ones who have been parroting russian propaganda
February 14, 2025 at 8:34 PM
God damnit, I didn't want to do this but I'm a man of my word. Thank you sir for standing up for what's right. We need more of this!
February 14, 2025 at 7:39 AM
Im literally discussing working together to protect the constitution. The most fundamental position anyone should be able to agree on. What exactly requires compromise here?
February 11, 2025 at 2:12 AM
I brought up McCain and Rush Limbaugh as examples of different types of Republicans. You assigned values to them.
February 11, 2025 at 2:02 AM
So they can and should work together to reign in this administration. There are fewer moderates because we allowed the Republican Party to chase them out. If we want help we need to support the republicans who stand up for the right thing.
February 11, 2025 at 1:54 AM
So he voted on what he thought was right and chose a bad running mate therefore republicans are a monolith and deserve total condemnation and furthermore capitalism is bad?

that might actually be the worst argument anyone has ever made to me.

moderates exist on both sides of the aisle. 1
February 11, 2025 at 1:51 AM
he sang songs.... the horror. come on now, the best you got is he sang uncomfy songs and chose a bad running mate? that sounds really peachy compared to fascism or techno-oligarchy.
February 11, 2025 at 12:40 AM
I saw that. I'm proud of our government employees and how they have handled themselves for the most part. I'm proud of their unions as well.

They are holding the line and they deserve our respect for it.

I think I misunderstood your initial point. I'm sorry for jumping the gun on that
February 10, 2025 at 11:25 PM
what a pivot.

That depends on the union, having been a part of three of them, I know they are not all the same.

Asking people to make that sacrifice is a big ask. All im trying to say, is before we do that we should try to prevent it and public outrage seems like the best tool for that job.
February 10, 2025 at 11:13 PM
surely then to match their courage and conviction you will give them all of your money until the legal funds assigned them by congress are restored, right?

as a person of courage and conviction
February 10, 2025 at 11:05 PM
They should just work for free without equipment? now that's a hot take.
February 10, 2025 at 10:57 PM
I think it is a mistake to think about political conservatives as a monolith. Rush Limbaugh and John McCain were both Republicans but they are so different the comparison is absurd. Do you think about the Democrats as a homogeneous entity?
February 10, 2025 at 10:53 PM
unity is key here. I've said it before and I'll say it again," We Want The Republican Party Back."

Enough of this MAGA nonsense. We need to provide an avenue for republicans who see them for the radicals they are. Support those who go against the party line in favor of their conscience.
