Wait, it would only throw out these votes for the JUDGES race, not the entire ballot for all races?!? I can't believe I'm still asking this in the world we live in, but how is that legal?!

That is what I don't understand: isn't it funded by the SS taxes workers pay in? So how does ending payments save the government any money? Unless the idea is that, instead of eliminating a tax (SS) that isn't paying for anything, those funds would go to prop up the billionaire tax cuts instead?
