Kaliningrad under tight surveillance this morning (just to be clear, this isn't anything unusual for the past few years), with at least two U.S. Air Force electronic intelligence aircraft around the Russian exclave

Another Venezuelan private jet is currently returning to Caracas from Havana, after previous stops in eastern Cuba and Panama City. Unclear who is aboard this one.

This plane was gifted to the Cuban Communist Party by Venezuela and is used to transport important Cuban officials. It is currently landing in Caracas, coming straight from Havana. Likely with a VIP on board, amid the ongoing tensions w. US

The aircraft has reappeared on a more normal flight route in Russia. This spoofing still seems quite unusual, also because no other aircraft in the area appear to be affected. Might be related to the ongoing drone attack on Russia?

It's no longer on Flightradar24, but still visible on ADSB Exchange.

Looks like a Belarusian special missions plane is currently flying over Ukrainian airspace, after taking off from Minsk and flying into Russia. Puzzling and very fascinating.

Berlin airport appears closed with flights diverting to Hamburg, Amsterdam and elsewhere. A friend on one of the flights told me it was because drones were sighted.

Look who's airborne: An Iranian VIP transport known to frequently shuttle Supreme Leader Khamenei around. No way of knowing whether he's on board, but still an interesting thing to show up on ADS-B in the current situation!

There are early indications North Korea and Russia may be building a road bridge - for real this time. This has been teased for decades.
I pulled up some recent sat images and looks like there's some groundwork on a road & possible customs area on the NK side that started after November.
