Correct. I want it to apply to non-cable/AM/FM again & updated by congress constitutionally.
HBO had nudity/profanity/softcore when it launched in 1972 long before the FCC removed the regulation.
Cable had more leeway regarding content because it was/is a subscription not free over the airwaves.

I can't reply to the OP. I recommend showing them a chain stitch & teaching them which loops to hook through whan starting a new row. Once they know the anatomy of a stitch it will be easier to do everything else.
