Took a break from AoI to play through Tetris Effect Connected's Journey Mode on my Switch 2.
It's amazing they took this puzzle game and made it the most beautiful thing you've ever seen, and then did the same thing again with Lumines Arise.
The difference being that I'm actually decent at Tetris.

I recall a common thing pointed out about XY is how it's plot and ending was one of the strongest shifts to "ridiculous JRPG plot" it had been so far, which it was.

Seriously though this movie had some REALLY impressively gross visuals and genuinely freaky jumpscares. According to an early viewing Q&A they made this movie on a 500k budget and it shows in some of the better ways. Surprised I didn't have nightmares

A game that is simultaneously better and worse than X in a number of ways. The battle system's pretty fun and snappy! But the fact that you effectively require a guide to get all of the Dresspheres is pretty ridiculous! And boy, some of the puzzles are a real pain
