Read this post while drinking playing a Call of Cthulhu style tabletop rp game and bought the book for my girlfriend (a history post grad) on the spot.
Now she's got around to reading it I've had the pleasure of hearing about the book every night for the last couple of weeks.

It feels like there is a progressive political black hole in this country. A lot of anger at the labour government, the Tories and reform, but no momentum in the existing political parties to drive it forward.
