Complaining about how old you suddenly feel (speaking from experience)

I have removed them from my Home Screen and turned off notifications. Unfortunately, a lot of my family is only on Facebook or Instagram and won’t really understand how to move to a new social media so I want to stay slightly connected 😫 But I’m trying to at least remove the temptation for myself.

The last two days have been such a shock to my system. I mean, everyone knew they were Nazi-adjacent, but I never anticipated such brazen pride about it.
