-ium → -ia: serium

∅ → -s: serie
∅ → -es: ser
-x → -ces: serix

Some ideas based on other plurals:

-en plural: serien
Germanic vowel change: saries
Latin 1st declension: serae
Latin 2nd declension neuter: seria
Latin 3rd declension: serices
Old English style: seerees
French style: serieux
Gollum style: serieses
Semitic style: serim
Parseltongue: serieseseses

We also tend to use reflexive pronouns with conjunctions (“and”). This use might be thought of as a special *conjunctive* pronoun.

Thomas Jefferson was once quoted as saying, “Hamilton and myself were daily pitted [against each other] in the cabinet.”

And what if you want to put “I” first because it’s more topical? Which of these sounds better?

“I and Anna went to the store.”
