Pleased the city has changed street name from (colonizer) to a Musqueam name meaning Musqueam View. It’s hard to spell but not so hard to pronounce (sound memo in link). It sounds a bit like ShmusqueamAwesome . So now we all know how to say view in Musqueam. Awesome!

The harbour to harbour flight from Vancouver to Victoria is a joy, even in windy, bouncy weather. That’s the ferry down below.

I had this goal of lifting 7,000 lbs for my 69th birthday in a few weeks, which seemed like a lot. So today at the gym I decided to see how close I am and how hard it might be to get there. Turns out that today I lifted 11,245 lbs (including my kettlebell swing warmup). Apparently I need a new goal.
