There’s a men’s pond, a women’s pond and a mixed pond. Men, including those who pretend to be women, can swim in two of those ponds and leave the women’s pond for women.

“… judgment said that, while Peggie had been “harassed” by the health board, she had not been “victimised or discriminated” against by having to undress before a male-bodied trans doctor,”

So Kemp seriously thinks it’s OK to force women to undress in front of men.

“judgment was already being questioned because it seems to fly in the face of the SC’s clear statement that single-sex facilities can only be on the basis of sex, not claimed identity. Errors like this just add to the growing feeling that this is not a sound judgment.”

“bum wiping is mainly women’s work: repetitive, dirty, thankless, only noticed when it is not done. Which is why it is unforgivably low-paid, & will remain so as long as liberal globalists like Polanski demand lives of frictionless convenience at a bargain bin rate”

The SC was crystal clear on the definition of a woman across the EqA. The Peggie tribunal judgment has muddied the waters. … it’s got the law wrong, made some perverse findings in fact and used biased language. It’s not binding but needs to be appealed.

“Throughout the judgment there is a pungent whiff of class condescension. Upton is Officer Class and Peggie is very much Other Ranks. Places, quite literally, should be known — though this applies to some people more than to others.”
