The arms who held me close from the day I was born and the person who always felt like home. She was my person growing up. She was described by her church as kind, gentle and unassuming. I didn’t know I had this picture and I believe it’s no coincidence I found it today 🫶❤️

One thing that has helped me manage my ADHD is a good brain dump! Physically writing rather than typing helps as I process my thoughts and feelings. I would encourage everyone to brain dump 😂❤️

Today in my role as head of security, I have so far saved mama from-
1. A burglar (delivery man)
2. A mass murderer (window cleaner)
3. An un-identified dangerous flying object (hot air balloon).
Was she grateful? No.

Baby Betty is so close to flying. A storm is brewing so I’m going to be a bit of a helicopter unofficial bird mum 😂. I don’t even like pigeons but it’s Betty and I’m now emotionally involved 🙈

👏🏼 ADHD is NOT a choice. Saddens me that this needs to be said but I will always advocate for those who are misunderstood, marginalised and judged.
