If search is a goal, then I’d recommend creating a schema and store them in JSON so that it’s easy to augment as you flesh out your requirements. Nothing too complex at first- just some key/value pairs. That way you can get going quickly with your core requirements and iterate as needed.

Why not store them with the project like architecture decision records with the context, motivation, prompts, et cetera to help the team’s future selves?

My homeschooled kiddos get this from watching YouTube gamers. It’s a big mixed bag that requires periodic monitoring, calibration, and conversations about what is & isn’t appropriate and why, but has helped my family feel a little less disconnected in this regard.
