The amount of stupid on social media right now is depressing. The billionaire Resnicks own a lot of land and a lot of water rights. They do not, contrary to a lot of the stupid, "own all California's water" or have anything to do with the L.A. fires.

This is the kind of leadership failure we should notice. Forget Trump here. These California Republicans thought it was more important to go to Florida than help in whatever way they could where the crisis is happening.

Important work by the DOJ Civil Rights Division. Without question,the heavy & heroic lifting has been done by locals in OK. But it matters to have the U.S. government affirm what really happened. In the coming years more people will understand why establishing the public record is so important.
