It's time for a serious debate;

Do vampires poop?

I feel like they shouldn't, but I can't articulate why. I need some experts on the vampiric metabolism to weigh in...

Majungasaurus: The Cannibal

Cannibalism isn't all that rare in nature, but there's only one dinosaur with direct evidence of it.

Majungasaurus, a 1te abelisaur from Madagascar. Despite having a taste for its own kind, they specialised in hunting sauropods.

It might not look it, but this is one of the earliest known whales.

50 million years ago, Pakicetus was already venturing into the water, having traits suggesting a semi-aquatic lifestyle.

It was carnivorous and likely ate both fish and small terrestrial animals.

Thalassocnus was a giant, aquatic sloth.

Early species like merely ventured into the shallows, but later species adapted fully to life at sea.

Its predators included sperms whales like Acrophyseter and Livyatan, and the giant shark megalodon.

That's right! While in the egg, yellow-spotted salamanders form a symbiotic relationship with algae which live inside its cells.

This makes it the only known animal to photosynthesise.

It allows eggs to be laid in water with low oxygen, which usually means fewer predators.
