In my 20’s I went to a Victorian Christmas fair at the Industrial Museum in Bradford with my mum. There I bought my first three metal Victorian type baubles. 1/

Whilst I don’t consciously practice the 5 ways to well-being, I do make the effort to really look and notice on the daily dog walks through our local woods. A few things from yesterday. Today is World Alzheimer’s day. So feels like a good day to share that on Monday we won a Patient Safety award for improving care for people with dementia across an acute hospital discharge pathway. There hasn’t been much focus on this as a subject nationally, until recently so good time to hi-light
