No advice to manage sleep regressions - I’m not sure it’s possible! My best advice is give yourself grace. When I felt bad in those times everything felt impossible. When you accept it, get through it, and everything somehow gets done then you feel like a badass!

I vote separate pubs. Then those of us who talk about blue soup in courses can assign both papers and compare! Students love it
