Mozarabe day 10 or so. Last night I stayed in an old farmhouse and was treated to open fire warmth with a pit of hot coals under the table to keep warm.

A tourist day in Códoba. I visited the Moschea cathedral which was saved from the Christian’s destruction because of its sheer beauty. Catholic symbolism throughout the interior of course.

Rest day in Cordóba. Getting lost in the labyrinth of streets full of tourists and locals hanging out on a cool yet fine evening.

Day 8 Camino Mozarabe. I arrived in Cordóba for a couple of days rest and laundry.

Day 7 Mozarabe. Rain managed to stay away. I left my hat in the Albergue and had to get the local police to open it up. 😂

Day 6 Mozarabe. No photos today because it was too wet and windy. Oh except this one from a lookout in Esperjo and my huge coffee in Castro del Río

Day 5? On the Mozarabe. I had breakfast at a churro place in Baena and was amused by their signs

Day 2 Camino Mozarabe Almogía - Villanueva de la Concepción. Mostly walking on dirt roads.

Finished day 1 of the Camino Mozarabe out of Malaga. I ended up catching the bus to the outskirts of the City so I could ease into it.

By luck the Pilgrim office was open tonight so I could get my credentials (I had a backup just in case)

All I can say is… if you get a chance to visit Malaga - take it. It’s become my favourite city. I couldn’t afford to live here but still.
