My teen's Dexcom decided it was done being accurate for a little bit, idk, as a treat I guess. This was what I got just a few minutes ago, a reading of 365. Apparently it was actually like 204. 🙃

Any Lego enthusiasts? My stepmom split up Lego advent calendars into the grandkids' personal advent calendars and I've identified one of them, but this one has me stumped. I cannot figure out what it is or what calendar it came from. Going mad over it!

Before and after turkey day chaos. Honestly, it wasn't too bad. No drama for once, and I owe that all to the lot of grandkids being chaotic goblins all day, keeping all the parents too busy chasing them down. I also got my annual one slice of pecan pie drowned in whipped cream. Yay!

I wear my hair down so rarely that I forget it reaches my waist if I so much as nod or look up, lean back etc. I keep scaring myself that something is brushing up against my hips ...it's just my hair.

3.5yrs into the job and there's never been any explanation or questions as to why Bozo exists in this random break/breastfeeding room. He's just always there, usually off in the shadows, staring at you as you pass down the hallway.

I have a large number of friends who are very much into "Christmas music starts in September", but that's okay. I love them and we are cool as long as they don't interfere with my Halloween heart. And never play Christmas music in my presence outside of Dec 24/25th. Do. Not. Do. It.

I did the responsible, adult thing by getting a basic little floral pot for my roses instead of the expensive smoky glass skull pot.
Am I happier? No. It's a cute little pot at least, but now I keep looking for that skull 😭☠️

Me, staring at the anti-microbial soap for surgery tomorrow: I'm sorry, what the FUCK are these warnings on my soap?! They cannot possibly want me to put this on my face right? RIGHT?! (Surgery is not above the neck, so I'm not risking it unless some doctor on here comes along & screams at me.)

So maybe we have enough pasta. In my defense....pasta is amazing, and I stocked up before my kid's type1D diagnosis so we can't eat as much as regularly anymore. It kinda sits longer these days. But still, yummy 🤤
