Worth pointing out with the introduction of the Scottish child payment our child poverty has reduced to 24% and with us ditching the two child cap because Labour certainly won't be hopefully child poverty can be reduced further.

Labour simply doesn't want to help our children.

The UK 32.1%

All four of those countries have child benefits, paid by taxing the rich, that make it almost impossible for a child to be in poverty.

he UK tied itself to the US post-WW2, it does whatever the US does because of business interests, most notably the City of London. What's Starmer is doing here is prepping the ground to align with a Trump presidency.
