Yeap, Express Scripts & Ambetter decided it should be $600 instead of $60 for the daily medicine on the market for mine! They won't even let doctors appeal for a reduction. Of course, the FDA has also extended the patent.

And they are decreasing benefits for ACA plans. Express Scripts just increased 2 of my meds to $300 EACH. FDA also pushed the patent out by a year (GoodRX not helpful, savings cards only $100). No alternative on the market, especially as safe, so patients suffer or pay up.

Look at the claim denial rates bc UHC's is extremely high! I had UHC thru employer and they denied my care even though I went all the way up to the CEO's office to appeal. My life would have been destroyed if not for a GoFundMe. Insurance plans since I left UHC have approved the same care.
