Great piece. I got sick with a mystery illness in 2013 and I’ve been through lots of what you have. You capture the ambiguity well. I was eventually dx w Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Thought I’d be happy to finally get a dx but instead horrible grief bc no cure. Hope today is one of the good days for you
