We’ve been busy! Hubs and I went to the Bernie/AOC rally, which was pretty dang amazing! We went to Lake Tahoe for the first time and really enjoyed that. It’s nice to see how other mountains live. Now we gear up for summer, my favorite time of the year!

This was my protest sign for the Hands Off protest. I live in the red state of Utah and we had over 6,000 people turn up for the protest. It was amazing!

There was a protest on Monday in Salt Lake City. What I want to know is why two protesters got sprayed with pepper spray for simply walking with signs? What is wrong with people?! I’m going to a protest Sunday. I hope we got bail money.

The first full moon of 2025. I took this with a point and shoot camera on the manual settings. This is how I do it. Sure, I have the big expensive camera, but sometimes you need to just keep it simple and have fun.

I’m on Facebook the most as far as social media goes. I’m there mainly because my family is on the East Coast and in Scotland, and that’s where we keep up with each other.
That’s why I’ve neglected Blue Sky. I’m going to do more here. Flynn says hi.

I quit my job. I usually have a few moments of panic, but not this time. I’m not freaking out, and I’m actually getting requests for photo shoots. It’s all good. 😊

Since we downsized, we’ve had a 4ft Christmas tree for a few years. I have three generations of Christmas ornaments that I need to use, so we are going to try this 6.5 footer. Not exactly what we wanted, but if a certain doggo’s tail doesn’t break anything; we may upgrade to that $500 tree. 😁

The Salt Flats a month ago. We’re trying to get organized and set up for Christmas. It’s slow going because I’ve been sick for the past week.
