Be aware, when a vaccinated person is exposed to lots of a pathogen their immune system can be overwhelmed. "Herd Immunity" occurs when enough of the herd is immunized so this situation is unlikely. I suspect, very soon, measles vaccinated people will get sick because lots of virus is being shed.

To those who are going to use the fact of snow in northern Florida to argue against Global Warming: Note that when you add energy to a thermodynamic system such as a refrigerator, parts of it get warmer and parts of it get colder. Overall, it gets warmer.
