It is not that we don't have the money
IMO government has become much more of a mechanism to redistribute money from poor people to rich people

While Im no fan of Mike Pence and mitch Daniels they remain prominent in Indiana politics. They are more traditional rebulicans vs MAGA and continue to have influence with other more traditional republicans

Oh mark..we are already headed towards only the rich being to afford quality health care now...you dont see it because it doesnt affect you yet. Look at how many not for profit hospitals are selling of bit and pieces of themselves to for profit entities to stay afloat

My MIL just died of demenia but kept saying, "there is nothing wrong with my memory. Ive never had memory issues," but she couldnt remember anything.

Meanwhile in Indiana he voted for cuts that reduced the number if medicaid therapy hours for MY son with down syndrome so there is that. Almost sounds like he only cares about what affects HIS child with Down syndrome. Glad he is saying no to redistricting, but question his authenticity.

Unfortunately she is right. When I saw interviews of women saying women should not be president i realized we have a long way to go. I do think we are getting there.
