Husband is home. He feels pretty good but has 35% heart function. Hoping the new meds will improve that number. He had been walking around with angina since June! I will never understand why he waited until he was breathless to get to the doctor. Breaks my heart and makes me mad at the same time. 💔😡

My mental health is considerably better today & my BP is back to normal. A therapist called me as a result of the ER visit. OMG it was SO GOOD to unload. She suggested I find a womans group to attend & I think it's a great idea. Hopefully crazed controll freak husbands don't show up *clears throat*
