Dear Mr. Musk, recently you failed to buy out Open AI for the "good of mankind." Here's an idea:
If you're having a rare philanthropic moment, why not take 10% of your 406 billion dollars and help out the majority of americans who don't even have $400 in the bank? Trust me, you won't feel a thing.

Sure Trump wants to get rid of FEMA and have the states go to him "directly" for disaster aid. That way he has total control over how much punishment(not aid) to dole out to states he doesn't like and how much reward to states that support him.
