Good morning! I'm in Uganda to visit family and friends.

But depending on your perspective, don't worry or I'm sorry: I'll be back by the end of the month.

See you soon, NYC.

There's a reason regime is calling it “Alligator Alcatraz" - to imply folks abducted to it are criminals. Conjures obsession with mafia, making sequester cool dictator pastime. Alligator obscures idea human beings will be tortured there. Call it Concentration or Internment Camp.

The Trump administration is currently holding hostage nearly $7B in federal funding for K-12 schools--funding that was supposed to be distributed yesterday.

They've stolen $80M from Wisconsin students and teachers alone. How much have they stolen from your state?

The Dems really, really, *really* need to make Miller the face of the administration, the way Musk was until recently. He’s hugely unlikeable and has the potential to create major drag if he is out front and center.
"The [GOP] bill contains the resources [Miller] needs to replay Los Angeles over and over and over again. If it doesn’t pass, he’ll lose his fix, like a junky whose stash gets flushed down a toilet."

Just Trump informing everyone how great he is by speaking with the enemy of everyone else there.

So much for trade negotiations.

Trump realizes people are turning on him, which means he will get more desperate, aggressive, extreme, and violent.

These are all actions of a weak regime and weak man.

And finally, a question on what the minority party can accomplish while they are out of power if the majority sticks together and supports bills that harm people (in the House). The answer may not make us happy but it is useful.

The rubber meets the road when constituents meet their elected officials and tell them what they want. The people who showed up for #nokings day had a common purpose - to reverse our slide into autocracy. And we had a spirited discussion about tactics.
