I always bring some kind of salad to Thanksgiving. I made a Brussels salad very similar to this one last year, but also chopped salads and other slaw-like green dishes. You need some acidity to cut all the fat!

I was so relieved when JJ became self-sufficient in all things math. But the way he solves everything is no way near what I was taught! Apparently, I do math "wrong", even if I come up with the correct answer!
