The best way to cope with the "flood the zone" tactic that I've read so far is to recognize what's happening, and choose one thing to combat.
It's okay to be freaked out by ALL of it, but it helps to acknowledge it, and then narrow your focus to something you can do to make a difference.

Having worked in China for years, we all knew about this when shopping at Alibaba. It was all about the data of the shopper. You send your data to buy things and that goes to the military. Even AI is all about the data and the government using it.

CEOs for wage theft buybacks are the default “left” on Fix News against different politics Oligarchs for austerity theft/subsides/tax avoidance. Do proper market economy like Switzerland and not Nixon hobo market economy. Maybe a tax system of minimum corporate income tax like proper Montenegro tax
