This quote resonated deeply. I worked through The Artist’s Way several years ago, and it helped me recognize how perfectionism keeps me frozen. Still learning to let things be “good enough” so I can actually move forward.

I’ve let go of feeling responsible for holding other people’s emotions. Releasing that emotional labor has taken real effort, but it’s changed everything. I feel less pressure now and much more present in my conversations.
