Proud Yorkshire Lass, cool Grandma, or so my grandchildren tell me, enthusiastic fund raiser for Tiny Tickers.
The right hand side. Not. Quite builder’s tea but strong enough to taste like tea, not milky hot water.

Ho ho ho! Ho ho no! You’re neither old enough nor rotund enough to play that part just yet. It looks like I might have to come to see the play on my own.

My partner has dementia and he’s going into respite care tomorrow whilst I go away on my own. I am looking forward to uninterrupted reading and being able to do lots of things that aren’t possible with him around.

Happy birthday Mrs D. We’re keeping an eye on young Reece for you.

I stayed on TwitteX as there are a few people that I enjoy following who haven’t come over here. I ignore a lot of the stuff but it is worth it to stay connected to the ones that I like.

Fish and chips, definitely.

Join the club. If I get into a what if mood I try to shake it off by telling myself that I wouldn’t have had the husband, children, grandchildren that I have, all of whom are making their own mark on the world if my life had taken a different path.

Wow!! What powerful words I have a non binary grandchild which isn’t quite the same but does leave them open to problems with people who don’t understand I do forget to use the right pronouns at times but I’m getting better All that matters is that they are still E & my love them hasn’t changed

You could have stayed at home and saved your money. It’s warm and sunny in God’s own County.

The Humber Estuary has never looked as beautiful.

Good to see that you’re still up to your old tricks, Dave. 😀

If I can find someone to come with and a sitter for Geoff, I will definitely be there.

It did. I’m sure we both knew lads like that who only needed a bit of encouragement to break out of the life they were used to. 😢

I’d love to see Private Function again. Is there any way that’s possible?

Amazing news. 🎉🎉

I like that idea. There are things that I would keep the same but there are many others that I would do differently.

Sadly, I didn’t get on with my Mum and nothing I did was ever good enough for her but 8 years on, I still miss my Dad. I often think, I must tell Dad that or Dad will know the answer to that. 😢

Enjoy your well earned break.

That’s all well and good but is the chaos that the Orange Idiot has caused in the stock exchange going to improve. My modest savings have taken a huge hit these past few days. 😡
