Optimist! They wouldn't know healthy and productive dialog if it hit them in the face. They don't WANT to hear facts. They LOVE their "Alternative facts". They haven't found a way to heal what they have yet and obviously, we're not even close to finding the cure.

I was told that it takes two people to make a piece of art. One to do it and one to say "Stop". I know that was always true for me. Then I started to work in stained glass. when that last bead of solder is placed, there's nowhere else to go!
