No one should be without routine or emergency medical care. How can this happen in the most prosperous and caring country in the world. We have always tried to provide support to any country where people are less fortunate than us. Where is our heart? Certainly not in that "big wonderful bill"

Before the Individuals With Disabilities Act, children were hidden away at home or in residential facilities. I am sure Mr. Kennedy remembers when his Aunt Rosemary was hidden away in such a facility. It was a hard time in our history for individuals with disabilities. Could history repeat? ?

The suggestion of a registery is very concerning. Why is a registery needed? We are seeing airplanes filled with people who are flown to prisons in another country with no chance of due process.
We have been told that children were sent, while needing medical care. Why would we not be concerned?

In the US, every child must be provided a free and appropriate public education. This law says nothing about whether it pleases Mr. Kennedy or Mr. Trump! It does not say anything about the need for a registery of children who have a specific diagnosis.

Federal law- The Individuals With Disabilities Education Act states that all children with disabilities have a right to a free and appropriate public educa- tion, in the least restrictive environment, in which said child can make progress toward goals listed in their Individual Educational Program.

Come on guys! I understand your frustration. Amy is trying to fight on our behalf. Call your congressmen. If we don't work together, there is little hope of improvement. We must not repeat the mistakes of the 1930s. Amy can initiate change. It is our only hope.
