This sounds so fun. The 3.5 lore where goblins and orcs are born evil, for example. After being hyped up about the (warcrimed by humans) goblin tribe that needs cleansing, the first contact with a goblin is an old one-armed man who volunteered to stay behind to distract anyone hunting their tribe.
