Trying to decide if I should learn how to sew with a sewing machine. Do I have the space? No. Do I need another hobby? No.

Incredibly happy with how my first book sleeve turned out! There are some things that I’ll be doing differently next time, but overall it’s not too bad!

California always has me stressed out. Hoping the fire stays on the mountainside. It’s been burning since this afternoon, so hoping it gets contained soon.

I have, unfortunately lost the game of chicken with my yarn 🧶and had to buy a whole new hank. My very first shawl will be done and blocked today though!

Also, I don’t typically buy this expensive yarn, but this is a special occasion shawl so I splurged lol.
