19th book of 2025 complete. Excellent coming of age story. Since the novel is written under a pseudonym and contains autobiographical experiences, it’s not easy to tell which parts are fiction and which parts actually occurred, including the identity (pseudonym) of “Tank Man”.

15th book of 2025 complete. Excellent translation of Homer’s “The Iliad” by Emily Wilson. The endnotes provided crucial context and were in sequential order. What took me so long to read was going through the Glossary whenever new characters or locations appeared.
