I actually rolled a Nat 20 to get the kill shot on a dragon that was trying to escape. I didn't expect that shot to kill and had loaded a teleportation bolt into my crossbow, so I then teleported to a dead dragon falling out of the sky.

I rolled a Nat 1 to land from said fall and went to 0 HP
