They're "closeted bi" if they say they're straight, and "faking it and straight" if they say they're bi but are currently with a man. It ALLLL sucks!! Can we not just believe people are what they say?

Rather than visualizing things in chemistry I would have to memorize many "rules" about what each functional group looked like, positioning, stoichiometry, etc. I knew some people could just see it in their mind, make things move around. That's so cool! The nomenclature part was fine though. haha

I have an anecdote come to mind. A classmate of mine suggested that "anyone who can't draw molecular DNA on command should not have a chemistry degree". I did molecular modeling in my research & mentioned that due to aphantasia I would personally be unable to do that easily. Passing OChem was ROUGH.

I relate to the auditory processing issues. The discrepancy between my critical listening and reading scores got me flagged for ADHD in elementary school. Teaching style and subject material have have a lot more influence on class successes than I believe they "should" in an ideal world.

Absolutely NO thoughts spent on this. It was my sole curiosity. What was their relationship like? Did he look him in the eyes later?? Continue doing shows while his colleague was in hospital??? DID HE HIDE THE (WOULD-BE) MURDER WEAPON. Was there not police inquiry of the incident?

I'm in that number! Postgraduate degree, trying to "enter the workforce" for the past two years which is not easy as an immigrant. Most give no feedback. My only scheduled interview went terribly and their feedback was 100% negative. People keep suggesting I lie on my resume but I just can't.

I feel like it changes the game entirely if you can discuss it with someone. Staring at something with nothing but the thoughts in your head can feel frustrating for some people. But being able to talk to someone about the art? I could go maybe 5-10 times as long.

Oh god, I am reading about this now; a new economic horror to contemplate. That is the kind of rate I would expect for someone making 300k or higher. Childcare benefits should be independent! I don't expect I'll ever make quite that much but it still seems unbalanced for the current cost of living.

For the US it does not go up as high and also has many many more brackets so it's a bit less likely that someone going up a tax bracket would be "better off" not getting a raise. www.irs.gov/filing/feder... The maximum is 37%, for $600k+.

Where it loses me is that someone paying just over 50k has double!! the tax rate of someone paying just under, but above/below 125,000 is a 5% difference. The lack of gradiation and hard cap makes NO sense. 125,000 and 500,000,000 have the same rate??
