This year (as in 2023), we had the great honour to have Band 1 of the Defence Forces lead our parade and perform the anthems at our annual flag-raising ceremony which was also supported, as in previous years, by the 12th Infantry Battalion of the Defence Forces… 1/4

Recipe for an emotional bliss (part 1)

Take 5 separate incredibly talented artists. Put them together in a WhatsApp group. Add a mix of old gaelic and French poems, songs and stories, ancient and modern instruments and otherworldly voices. Let the whole simmer for a few months... 1/3

Soprano Deborah Bulgarelli and bass baritone Lucas Nogeira (accompanied by Irina Dernova) sang arias from Mozart, Puccini and Donizetti as well as from Bizet’s Carmen. The evening ended late (as it should!) with a shot of Thomond Gate Limerick Whiskey kindly provided by Nicholas Ryan... 5/6
