my first time making curry ever and wow damn thats good i added carrot potato onion and BRUSSEL SPROUTS which were the best but i only added a few bcus i was fearful of them smfh. jammy egg and my usual sesame cucumber. 9/10

roasted potatos for the first time in a loooooong time and used my ovens convection setting. i majorly fucked up the recipe i was following and freestyled at the end. 7/10 but i know what i need to do next time. featuring some mid frozen battered mushrooms from tj's 5/10.

microwave hot pot w dip suprisingly slayful however the meat wasnt thinky sliced more like tough clumps but the enoki mushrooms and tofu so good 8/10

burnt ass salmon that gave me grief to panfry. it was supposed to be a "brown butter sauce" but she was black by the time the salmon was fully cooked. still tastes good tho 6/10

3 months later im back with another pasta dish she was sooo good but idk if i love Italian sausage 8/10
