Here's an example using a photo from @adorkastock.com. This particular pic is GREAT bc the model is wearing a bodysuit with lines on it to help you understand the forms that make up the body, but that's not required.
First I traced over it, then I started breaking it down into cylinders.

The same photo from AdorkaStock with a semi-transparent white layer added and simple lines tracing the outline of the figure and the lines on the body suit. The same image as before but with the shapes of the legs, arm, and torso roughly broken down into the cylindrical shapes they make.
