That's great! I have been wanting to begin learning bodhrán. I recently picked up mandolin (and octave) and its great.
Too bad I will not be near! My partner and I are in London for a couple days, then straight to see my family in Armagh.

For me, it’s mostly just that I see more stuff that’s plainly relevant to my day-to-day. Like, I’m just feeling closer (?) to people on here—like I feel inclined to comment. The lack of ads is really great, too!
