A fat, perverted man in a dress is a staple among trans woman stereotypes. Frankly, it's astounding to miss the similarities between this and similar caricatures.

I don't think you can approve this kind of character design while feeling normal about trans people, particularly trans women.
A character from Smiling Friends who is depicted as a grotesque, hairy, warty fat man with squinty eyes wearing a dirty and ill-fitting anime girl cosplay. It is very reminiscent of a trans caricature.

It's funny that there are horses named "Still in Love", "Loves Only You", and "Daring Heart", and all of them live in the same dorm, and absolutely NONE of them are roommates.

still in love is the world's most normal girl
A crudely drawn quote "redraw" unquote of Michelangelo's "The Creation of Adam", but with Adam and God replaced by the characters Still in Love and Super Creek, respectively, from "Umamusume: Pretty Derby." They are drawn with a fair amount of more detail than in prior sketches. Like in the original artwork, they are both nude (though Still in Love still wears her headwear and Super Creek still wears the ribbons in her hair), and Super Creek is drawn more realistically than Still in Love, who looks like a cartoon character by comparison. Still in Love is noodly, sweating, crazy-eyed and drooling. She's not as hygienic as Super Creek, as her armpits are unshaved. Her breasts are smaller and perky. She is laying on a grassy hill, as Adam did in the original. Comparatively, she has a nervous look on her face. As per usual, Super Creek is drawn much fatter here than her canon appearance. Her breasts are larger and rest on her belly. She looks more calm, almost curious compared to Still in Love as she reaches out. Unlike the original painting, she emerges flying from a giant flower that pours out water, a homage to her name. The inside of the flower is shaded so that she stands out more. There are clouds in the background, and another waterfall gushes near the hill Still in Love is laying on.
