I literally stopped my big comic because I got so much harassment from a few people mad it didn't update often. When it got canceled, they were the loudest people saying I should still work on it cuz they wanted to see it finished.
Comics are hard and time consuming! I wish people understood that.

Nah, it's still there, but only if you make under 75k a year, which most do.

The IRS website lets you file for free. If you got a W-2 it's easy as hell. Walmarts and such also have free filing closer to tax season

If I can meet the goal, yup

My governor is planning on bringing down gas prices...in 2027, so I just gotta live in this ancient cold house until then lol. I can't go to the meetings since I'm not a homeowner, but the state has had several of them over the summer regarding power--mostly solar. Not much said about gas though.

I'd rather not mention my state as I have stalkers but the gas company is a monopoly. The process they have is the ability to pay a set amount of money over a year--but you gotta be caught up first. Once we pay this bill, we can work out a proper payment plan for the future.

I never got a notif for this, sorry! My state has a singular gas monopoly and ever since they switched/combined, shit's just been back asswards. This is just nine months of backdating/activation delivered as one bill.

The joy of a monopoly company for the whole state and incompetent workers. Our heat isn't too expensive but the delivery is what's kill us. I'd say 900 of that bill alone is delivery fees. This house is old so everything is gas, including water heating, the stove, etc. it sucks.

We've contacted a lawyer about it and that's how we were able to not pay for the three months nobody lived here. But them not turning on the gas in our name was technically backdated--so legally we DO have to pay.
